Vox Issue for Firefox is the same standalone extension, with the panel living in Firefox's own sidebar. Capture an element, a region, the viewport or a full scrolling page, mark it up, say what is wrong, and file it straight to GitHub.

Click an element, drag a region, grab the viewport, or stitch a full scrolling page. Each lands as a card in the sidebar.
Sensitive fields covered
Passwords, card numbers and similar inputs are detected and blocked out automatically before the image is stored. Both that and the element outline are toggles.
Dictate, or type
Where Firefox provides speech recognition the mic button dictates the note; where it does not, the button is simply absent and you type instead.
One click, one issue
One issue per capture into the repository you choose, with your own fine-grained token. Refile the same element and it offers to reopen the earlier issue rather than duplicate it.
Issues agents can act on
Every issue carries the page URL, the CSS selector, the device and the screenshot — then run a hosted agent from the Issues panel and get a draft pull request back.
Your data stays yours
Screenshots, notes and tokens are stored locally in your browser. Filing sends captures and notes to your chosen GitHub repository. The optional AI agent sends issue text and your GitHub token to Anthropic; see the privacy policy. No analytics or trackers.

Then you may want the browser relay instead — a much smaller extension that sends shots from Firefox to the Mac app and lets the app do the filing. The standalone extension on this page needs no Mac app and files to GitHub itself.
