The ground rules for using Vox Issue, currently in beta via TestFlight.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vox Issue app and the voxissue.com website, provided by Tiny Electrons LLC ("we", "us"). By using Vox Issue you agree to these Terms.
The service
Vox Issue is an iPhone and iPad app that captures screenshots of your web app, lets you annotate and describe them, and files them as issues in GitHub repositories you control. Features and availability may change, especially during the beta.
Beta software
Vox Issue is currently distributed as a beta via TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs and is provided for evaluation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta at any time.
Your accounts & credentials
You are responsible for the GitHub account and access token you connect, and for the content you file. Keep your token secure; you can revoke it in GitHub at any time. You must have the right to capture and file the material you process with Vox Issue.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Vox Issue to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Don't capture or upload content you have no right to use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Vox Issue, its logo, and its software are owned by Tiny Electrons LLC. The Vox Issue SDK is provided under the license stated in its repository. You retain all rights to the content you create and file.
Third-party services
Vox Issue works with GitHub and other services you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer & liability
Vox Issue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Electrons LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or issues arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
